We always have a great experience with Vaessen and their very professional, informed staff. I recently took my Acadia 2017 in for an oil change and Dan Dinges changed the battery in my fab and the car was cleaned up as well as having a check up. He also showed me how to use my electric start button which gave us both a laugh because I did not know i had one. It is always a pleasure not just another duty of the day to go there and get my car serviced. Very home town feel and super nice people.

I hauled my 2018 Colorado in on trailer my truck has never given me any problems so I was very surprised it did not start. I dropped it off after hours and the next day they had it running. Found out that some rodent chewed on my wires. Vaessen Brothers had it fixed and ready to go. Very good service.

Very nice to deal with a home town dealership, so much better than the the big dealers with multiple stores, that only seam interested in selling you a vehicle. The Vaessen Bros dealership (Nick) when talking numbers believes in going straight to their best price right off the bat. None of the going back and forth dancing with numbers. Was a real joy working with him. Nick also took his time going through all the features of the truck to make sure we understood how to operate everything. Can't say enough good things about the dealership.

This is not a dealer fault it’s GM problem. Control back lights work once in a while. Without back lighting you have to carry a small flash lite to see fan controls, seats, etc. internet people have put colored tape over which control button your trying to use. After dealer install new software, didn’t help. Now the screen image will turn in circles worse now than it was before.

Gary Dinges was my salesman. My brother had bought from him and had nothing but great things to say about Gary and Vaessen Bros. Gary was not available immediately, so I sat with Mr. Vaessen until Gary was available. He asked what I was looking for (which nobody in 5 states had available) searched for it to no avail. Chatted more about my driving needs and style and suggested a Silverado custom. No hard sell, not pushy, and we hopped in the pretty blue one and took a drive. Again, no hard sell, not pushy, just a couple of truck guys having a nice drive and chat. As soon as Gary was available, he handed me off to him. Again, Gary took the time to talk with me and made me feel as though I'd known him for years. We talked at length about the 2.7 turbo max and how I was a bit leery of it. But with my driving style and needs, we agreed it would fit the bill. He wrote up an estimate making sure to cover all the rebates and available incentives, to come up with what I thought was a great deal. Then for the surprise --- no hard sell!! If you like what you see, think about it and let me know if you would like to purchase. Wow, that was refreshing. Not even a hint of hard sell or pressure. Called him the next day with a few questions, which were answered right away, and let him know I would be bringing the wife for one last look 2 days later. We bought the truck at a great price, and was treated like I was part of the family. Just a great experience all around. I will be telling everyone I know to head to Vaessen Bros. in Sublette IL. to buy their next vehicle. Leroy "Butch" Jones

My car was taken in right on time and was finished in a timely manner. The mechanic let me know he was working on it and would let me know if he found anything that needed work. Dan came out to get me and went over my bill. It’s great to get so much attention and fine workmanship.
